1.Safety precautions for power battery maintenance
Special attention should be paid to the safety of the maintenance of the power battery. First, the high-voltage power of the power battery should be cut off under the premise of ensuring personal safety. The following procedures must be followed.
1) Turn off the ignition, remove the key and put it away to avoid accidental starting.
2) Open the luggage compartment, wear insulating gloves and pull out the maintenance handle of the red power battery pack. Generally, after opening the luggage compartment cover of an electric car, you can find a very eye-catching red handle, press the lock of the maintenance handle as required, and pull out the maintenance handle forcefully.
3) Cut off the line of the 12V low-voltage battery of the vehicle, and remove the negative terminal cable to ensure that there is no low-voltage electricity on the vehicle. At this time, the release sound of the high-voltage relay of the power battery can be heard.
4) After waiting for about 10 minutes, let the high-voltage capacitor in the inverter be discharged automatically, and then use the multimeter to check the voltage level to prove that there is indeed no voltage at the high-voltage line terminal of the power battery pack.
5) Check the positive and negative terminals of the power battery again, if there is no voltage to the ground or the voltage is less than 3V, then the power battery pack can be inspected and repaired.
The high-voltage bus is equipped with current detection devices. Currently, there are non-inductive shunts connected in series on the bus and Hall sensors installed outside the bus. Both sensors send the detected bus current to the main control box, which is used to control the bus output to prevent over-current, and the current cannot be too large during charging and energy recovery.

Non-inductive shunts create a millivolt-level voltage signal across a resistor to monitor total current (model 300A/75mV).
Note: Hall device is a magnetoelectric conversion device made of semiconductor material. If the control current Ic is applied to the input terminal, when a magnetic field passes through the magnetic sensing surface of the device, the Hall potential VH will appear at the output terminal.
The magnitude of the Hall potential VH is proportional to the product of the control current Ic and the magnetic flux density B. The Hall current sensor is made according to the principle of Ampere's law, that is, a magnetic field proportional to the current is generated around the current-carrying conductor, and Hall A Err device is used to measure this magnetic field. Therefore, non-contact measurement of electric current is made possible.
By measuring the magnitude of the Hall potential, the magnitude of the current carrying conductor is indirectly measured. Therefore, the current sensor has undergone an electrical-magnetic-electrical insulation isolation conversion.
