1 The distribution design of the power supply and ironing

1.1 The power supply system and iron of the engine

The power supply system of the engine mainly includes the controller ECU power supply, sensor power supply, motivation power supply and battery charging.

1) ECU power supply ECU (Engine Control Unit) is an engine control unit. Its function is to collect the input information of each sensor, perform computing, processing, and judgment, and then output the instruction control of the actuator. Known as the "brain" of the engine. In order to ensure the reliability of ECU work, the ECU power supply line should be controlled as little as possible to ensure that even if the engine or other parts of the vehicle circuit fails, the ECU can be continuously electric. Therefore, the ECU is generally provided directly from the battery to 24 V (referred to as the ingredients), which is not controlled by the total power switch and other vehicle switches.

2) The current sensor used by the sensor power supply is basically 5 V power supply, all of which are generated inside the ECU. The power supply line directly from the ECU to the corresponding pins of the sensor, and does not require external access.

3) When the motor power supply is started, the motor work drives the engine to rotate. Because the internal resistance of the starter is very small, the starting current is often very large, this current is provided by the battery directly to the starting motivation. Therefore, the power supply line of the starting motivation is to directly connect the battery to the motivation positive string column.

4) When the battery charging vehicle starts, the battery is powered by the battery to the starting motivation.

During the normal operation of the vehicle, the engine drives the generator to work, and the electricity from the generator will charge the battery, and partly provide power to the vehicle cab. On the charging line, it can be protected in series or relay according to needs.

In fact, the car body is actually selected as a zero potential point. The iron wire is part of the car circuit, which plays a very important role in the automotive circuit. Because the engine controller ECU has a great impact on the performance and safety of the vehicle, and it is vulnerable to the interference of other electricity equipment, its ironing point must be set separately. At the same time, in order to reduce the voltage drop of the wire, the iron should be selected nearby.
