3 Wire beam production on the dynamic assembly line
The combination of automation and manual process during the production process of online beams can be highlighted in the structure of dynamic assembly lines. The degree of automation of wire beam assembly is low, and various manual operations are performed by operators, such as:
Position wires according to the drawings printed on the assembly board;
Putting the terminal into the connector;
Millet and protected according to the drawings printed on the assembly board.
Each assembly section consists of the following parts:
The fixed assembly board of the assembly component, the structure of each plate changes according to the operation of its design;
The organizational method of the component storage area enables the components for assembly to provide in the front, and it is regularly provided by the operator;
The conveyor belt located below the assembly board is used to transmit the wire beam from one section to another.
After completing the assembly process, test all wire beams. This is completed with the help of electrical testing and control tables. The table is specifically designed for the architecture that corresponds to the line beam to be tested. Because the connection connector is not allowed during this test, the test desk is equipped with a special device that can contact the metal terminal in the connector socket without using the connection mechanism. Checking the wiring involves performing multiple types of tests:
Electrical testing is used to check the continuity of the wiring,
The air pressure leak test is to check the waterproofness of the component that must be met.
By using a device specially designed for each connector, a complete test and verification of the leverage/secondary locking mechanism, which has a system that ensures the connection through the secondary closure;
Sexual verification test checks the existence of fuses and relays based on electrical diagrams.
If an error is found, the specification will be decorated on the system printed label at the end of the test. According to the area where the defect is located, modifying the wire beam may be difficult. For example, to replace single -rooted wires, the thread beam and other fixed components of the entire affected area must be removed.
