4) Wire cutting processing

Wire cutting, called WEDM for short, sometimes called wire cutting.  its basic working principle is to use continuously moving fine metal wires (called electrode wire) as electrodes, and the pulse spark discharge cutting is formed on the workpiece.

It is mainly used for processing various types of workpieces with complicated shapes and precision, various fine pores, narrow seams, arbitrary curves, etc., which have outstanding advantages in the processing waste, high processing accuracy, short production cycle, and low manufacturing costs. Mold processing and production are widely used, and such processing equipment must be used in general mold workshops.

5. Test model

The reason may be the problem of mold design, or the problem of molding process, or the problem that occurs during the assembly process.
