There is no expensive nor time -consuming simple but effective visual inspection.
A simple real world example: assume that the wires are peeled and pressing through the peeling machine-pressure connecting machine during a working cycle. If the machine operator checks the peeling residual collection container multiple times per hour, he can quickly determine whether the separate wire beam is cut off during the peeling process. (This is also applicable to all other divesticks).
This is a fast and almost no cost test, which can ensure process reliability and quality, and can detect changes in the machine settings or conductive quality. Another method is to create a relatively expensive micro -photo and calculate the single -line stocks on the micro -photo.
