3.2 Wiring Beam Architecture

This can improve the reliability of line beam layout, avoid problems, improve the assembly process, reduce the number of brackets, reduce the cost of material, and improve the reliability of vehicles and systems.

3.2.1 Basic requirements for line arrangement

a) According to the requirements of GB 7258-2012: All electrical wires should be bundled into bundles, neatly arranged, fixed card tightly, firmly linked, and insulating sleeves at the joints. Flame retardant wear -resistant insulation sleeve or rubber sleeve.

b) Each line should be reasonably arranged according to the requirements of product patterns and technical documents. The connection is correct, fixed and reliable, and there must be no loose, falling, and interference in lines.

c) When installing the wire beam, it should be far away from the heat source, including the engine exhaust pipe, air compressor, the high temperature part of the engine cylinder, etc. The distance must not be less than 120 mm. It is shown that the wiring beam must not be close to the sports components such as the fan, the transmission shaft, and the distance must not be less than 80 mm.

3.2.2 Line bundles Installation of the operating procedure

Due to the flexible structure of the wire beam assembly, it is impossible to completely determine its direction and fixed nodes like rigid parts. Therefore, the reasonable layout design of the wiring beam requires 3 stages.
