1.Insert padlock 1 into the high-voltage safety switch
3) Make sure that there is no voltage, and be sure to:
① Turn on the ignition switch, check the combination meter, there should be no voltage. The check control message must show "High Voltage System Shutdown".
② Pay attention to the high-voltage warning signs (indicators, check controls, etc.) that appear, find out the cause and eliminate the fault.
③ It is only permissible to disconnect the 12V battery when the check control message "High voltage system off" is displayed in the instrument cluster.
Note: When the ignition switch is turned off and the high voltage safety plug is disconnected, the control message according to the standard check will display "High voltage system failure". No voltage can only be shown when the ignition is switched on (high voltage system switched off).
2.The high voltage system is turned off
It is not permissible to start work if it has not been clearly determined that there is no voltage in the KOMBI instrument cluster.
De-energization must be determined by a qualified and certified DC1000V electrical professional using an appropriate meter/method of measurement before starting work
3.Electric vehicle driving operation
When the key is turned to the ON gear, stop for at least 3-5 seconds to power on the vehicle and complete the self-inspection. After observing that the instrument shows normal, turn the key to the START position. When the vehicle starts, step on the brake pedal and turn the key to the START position.
There will be a "humming" sound when the electric car is just started, which is the sound of the water pump and does not affect normal use.
The car can only be started when the gear lever is in the park gear or neutral position (P/N), and cannot be started when the gear lever is in other positions.
1) Insert the key to the ON position.
2) After the system self-inspection, the READY light is on, indicating that the vehicle is ready for driving.
3) Check the remaining battery power percentage (State of Charge, SOC). The power meter is divided into ten grids, each grid represents 10% of the electricity. Blue represents discharge and green represents charge.
4) Depress the brake pedal.
5) Turn the shift knob to D position.
6) Release the parking brake.
7) Slowly lift the brake pedal, and the operating steps of the vehicle.
