4. HVIL (High Voltage Interlock)
(4.1) Design HVIL functional purpose
Confirm the integrity of the entire high-voltage system. When the high-voltage system circuit is disconnected or the integrity is damaged, the safety measures of the entire vehicle are activated.
(4.2) Realization of HVIL function
a. The entire system structure is required, and it must be designed in when the system is developed;
b. Mainly through the connector;
c. The HVIL circuit is a low-voltage power circuit, which is independent from the power circuit.
(4.3) Principle of connector HVIL function realization
Power and signal terminals shall meet:
——When connecting, the power terminal should be connected first, and then the signal terminal should be connected.
——When disconnecting, the signal terminal should be disconnected first, and then the power terminal should be disconnected.
Special note: The connection of the power terminal indicates good contact, and virtual contact is unacceptable
5.shielding
