4) For hinge products, the length ratio of the length of the hinge is too small (Figure 2). During the folding process of the hinge, it will also break due to excessive stress at the hinge bend.

5) The low toughness of the raw materials itself will also exacerbate the risk of broken. For example, PBT materials are more likely to have broken defects due to the low toughness of their own materials. Therefore, when selecting the materials for the early stage of the connector, the product's use environment should be fully considered and the appropriate material should be selected.
